dedicate s-video output for a streaming video

hi, is anyone here familiar about getting the computer to have an output video dedicated to the video streamed by the blackfin camera? we're using eclipse java ide, which serves as the host that receives the video signal then it pops a mini window showing the received video feed. Is it possible to program the java to effectively send the video directly to the s-output without using the method of setting the display for a secondary monitor. Thanks
