Axon 2 Bootloader help

I have windows 7 but I tried running the booter on XP sp 3 compatibility mode aswell as 7.

The first error looks like the file wasn't in the location it was looking.

As for the second error, have a look through these threads and see if they help.

I'm just going to buy the isp hardware you recommended in another post. I'll post back the results when I get it.

I suspect the Windows 7 Compatibility Mode for XP isn't actually compatible with XP . . .

If you have Linux, you can try this with the bootloader:
