Hyperterminal-like app for mobile phone? (jar)

I just figured out how to jailbreak my Virgin Mobile Rumor Touch a few days ago, so *finally* I can now install apps

I'd really like a terminal app, just like Hyperterminal, that lets me send/receive data by bluetooth for my robots.

It seems most apps that come as a jar file will work on my phone . . .

Anyone know of any such software?

That would be so useful for me, if i figure out how to download and run jar files on my Mums phone....
