Help with Webbotlib Project Designer, blank error msg

Got a Youtube question for help:

Hello Bill, I really like your videos. I have a slight problem while following your Webbot tutorial though. When I try to generate a project, I get an error with no text. I have chosen the unziped library folder as the destination and it looks just like the video. Could you help me please? Thanks.

I haven't had this happen before. Any thoughts?

They could try opening the Java console when running Project Designer and see if any exceptions get thrown,

Ah ha - my bad. Get them to try again and all should be ok. Bur advise them to have their internet connection up and running so that they auto-download the latest Project Designer.
