Wired Surveillance robot not recognized by PC
« on: March 09, 2011, 10:50:55 AM »
Hi guys! I have successfully made a wired vehicle for my surveillance robot. (before I make it wireless)

I have successfully embed a program to the microcontroller. The problem was my desktop cannot recognized the driver of the vehicle. I check he drivers section on my PC and it says "not recognized". What could possibly the problem? I could not make the stepper motors running.

It may be that the drivers didn't install properly.
Have you tried reinstalling them? Are they definitely the correct drivers?

What is the driver for? Are you using a USB to serial converter? How are you communicating between the pc and rover?
