Microchip MRF24WB0MA transceiver

Hi. I was looking for a transceiver to design a sensor network and found MRF24WB0MA that is just what i wanted.
The main question I have is: how can I add external components or connect the module to for example PIC18F452 on a breadboard if it doesnt have any lead pins? Do I need something else? Sorry for the question but I'm new to MRF24WB0MA.
