mooving target tracker via WEBCAM

i have a paintball school
how could i make paintball gun with 2 servos (up down / left right) using my webcam (when someone is mooved be locked in the center of the webcam and shooted as mooving target)
do you have see anywhere something like that?

I actually started building one of these some time ago thinking I had an original idea.  Come to find out many people have made these so i lost interest and gave up the project.  Just google "paint ball turret" and you will find much information.  The best route would be to go with a pc based solution.  There is an affordable software package here, however object tracking will not be available until next release.
