will delay forum upgrade/rework

SMF, the people who wrote the open-source software for this forum, just released v2.0 Final yesterday.

What this means is that the forum will get a serious reworking, lots of new features added, and I'll finally be able to fix Chat like I promised more than a year ago. It also fixes various little bugs I was never able to work around. The look and feel will be changed a bit too, hopefully for the better.

The bad news is that this requires a solid week or two of effort that I do not have at the moment. I will get it done before November I promise!
