but yeah I definitely agree that we should have a forum dedicated to the $50 robot tutorial... That would, IMO, keep the forums very organized because now anyone having a question about just the $50 robot can go there and people that have already built it plus other smartness peoples can go in there knowing that anything their going to answer is going to pertain to the $50 robot. This could jog their brains into thinking on that track rather than just robotics in general. Since theyre focused on just that one topic, they might come up with better, brighter answers for noobs like me with a lot of questions/problems about the robot... my robot hates me... It wont even let me interface with its MCU...

its not about demand, its about convinience. i mean, you have questions regarding your tutorials all over the forum, in misc, electronics, and mechanics. its messy at times. i think its your websites signature and since the 50 buck bot is a one hit wonder at sor.com it should at least have its own little forum.
