paintball robot (Final Year Project)

help me to build a paintball robot..i need a robot that can take a flag..how to make it??
Specifications for the Flag
1. The Flag pole is made from standard PVC pipe with diameter 0.8”.
2. The length of the pole is 24”.
3. The size of flag is 12” long and 8” width.
