Connection Arduino 328 Romeo All in one to RC Transmitter

Hi, I have an arduino microcontroller that has already built in H bridge L298P, I would like to know, how can i connect RC transmitter such as Spektrum to control the dc motor using the Transmitter.

I would like to ask if there is a need to program the arduino and how is the connections, anyone has seen the program for this before
