How can i design

Hi everyone
I am a computer engineering student who interested in robotics
recently i want to publish a paper which needs to a lot of design figures likes the figure i've attached; as CAM and CAD.
I have no experience in design with CATIA, solidworks, Autocad,.... and really i need to very accurate figures whereas i haven't enough time to learn a very sophisticated software...!!!

What is your suggestion for me??? should i try to learn them(your suggestion isn't very complicated) or its better for me to order my figures to a designer(in this situation, i can't be sure about quality of the design)??
