Anyone know of a good, cheaper camera

Dear forum,

Can anyone point me to a good camera?  I hope to have it work with stereoscopic vision (shooting high . . . ) and have two of them cost like lower than 120 dollars.  Image recognition, facial recognition, and basic learning are all involved in the project.
