A student, likely sleepy from an all-nighter to complete the project and a tiring flight, accidentally forgot his robot science project on board.

Flight attends confused the RC car with a cell phone and exposed wires as a bomb. It never occurred to them that explosive materials must be attached for anything to explode. So they arrested all the students and the attending professor.
