add new devices not included in webbotlib

please i want to add vrbot to my project but project designer and webbotlib not include it's library how to add it and i am looking to make advanced robot and i will add more devices in the future . when i generate the project should i generate it as c++ or c and if there is a way to add vrbot to my project manually how to do it as i am still new to programing with c
