problem with comport 3.1

hi..
I have problem on comport 3.1 in delphi 7.0
I can detect a serial communication from uC..
I use event onRXchar in comport...
i send 33H from uC and I compare with chr(3) on delphi...
but it still can communicate...

can somebody help me?
