problem with breadboard

how to find the possibility of short circuiting inside the breadboard... if so any way to eliminate it...?

What do you mean by "inside the breadboard", are you referring to a "solderless breadboard"?
If so, just measure the points that you think may be shorted with an Ohm-meter - placing pin rows or jumpers in one hole in each row will make it easier, or you could wrap some thin wire on your probe tips.

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?
