I am currently considering applying for the LARSS program next summer which would enable me to work with engineers at NASA Langley in Virginia. I have somewhat of a technical background. I am a rising senior this year in high school, but I will also be graduating with an associates degree. I am hoping to work with robotics, UAVs, or satellites. I do not know what I should be learning concerning technology. I'm assuming I should know communication systems and circuit design. I have been programming computers since my freshman year, and I also have taken some classes in electronics. However, I would like some recommendations on books and material to read in order to gain a desired knowledge level for an internship. I would also like to develop a project in order to apply my knowledge this summer such as a rover. Any ideas of what to look into is appreciated!
