rewiring navy rhib uav

i have a full size navy uav rhib 7 meter that i am trying to rewire for manual use. i need help with the 24v ck tone servos because i still want to use them as means to move throttle cable and transmission thru standard electronic engine levers. would anyone have insight for this project. all proprietary systems have been cut or removed so it is hard to sort.
