I have good in-store experience, as it's one of the better local electronic component retailers near where I live. They tend to be friendly and helpful, and I find they carry much of the standard stuff, so lower level to more sophisticated components, equipment, kits, and a decent robotics selection considering the nature of the store. Prices may be a bit high, but I am registered at my local store as a student and get a small discount as a result. :)

I don't have much experience with them online, however.
