You can use the CTRL key and the C key simultaneously and then the CTRL and P keys to give the URL.Also more details on what your use case is would be great. Night camera? Image processing? Long-term spying on squirrels? Etc.
I own a few wireless video systems, including a HObbyKing one you mentioned. For hooking up to a laptop, you need something to convert A/V signals into something your computer can use. I like the EasyCap, just plug in A/V signal and hook it to your computer via USB.
