Noob question, gears, shafts, and attachments

Hi guys,

I have a small problem...

I want to use a vex mulit-dir wheel, which takes a square shaft, but my servo has a spline.

is there a product to bridge my gap or do i need to run them gear to gear (gear on servo and gear on wheel)?

Also, does anyone know a good company to purchase bevel or miter gears from?

Ideally you would use VEX servos which have a square hole instead of a standard servo spline

You didn't mention the make of your servo (splines differ from one make to another), but here's a hub for Hitec servos that should be modifiable if you're handy:

They'll cost you around half of a Vex motor though.
