Can someone suggest a topic in our thesis in Robotics..
i'm a 4th year Computer Engineering student.,
i need a hardware that people will be benefited..

You did not mention Your skills, budget, what You're interests are (regarding robotics), what facilities and equipment are already available in uni or accessible externally. Also, after four years of studies you surely must know, or at least have a rough idea of, what You want to do.
