recharging non-rechargeable lithium batteries?

I'm working on a project that has a semi-vague requirement to 'charge a lithium battery with micro-power'.

Something like ~0.4V and ~10uA (microamps).

Anyone try charging up a non-rechargeable lithium 1.5V cell before? Did it work, and how many cycles did it work?
