Website (How do I see my past posts)

Hello,
   I am new to the forum here.I want to know how do I see my past posts.I had a tough time finding them.There is only an option of "Show new replies to past posts".But when I clicked on it I dint get to see my past posts nor the new replies posted.I had to manually search through the forum topics to get back to my posts.I think it would be good if there was an option to view the past posts in a users account.If such an option is already there (sorry that I coudn't find it),please tell me about it.

If you go to the root of the forum, at the bottom there is a list with the members online. Click on the member (your) name, then at the bottom of the window there will be an option to see the last posts for that member (you).

toward the top of any page on the forum there should be a thing that says "profile"

click on it and on the left there should be an option "show posts"
