underwater sonar transmitter + reciever required

underwater sonar transmitter and reciever schematics(circuit diagrams) are required imediately!
please can any one help me....with at least a range of 20 feets  ???

if you just want it to avoid obsticles, you could put 'feelers' on it... make it look like a catfish...
