don't IM me robot questions

In the last 2 days I've received four forum IM's and 6 emails from people asking me 'how to make a robot' questions.

Please only ask these types of questions in the forum!

There are 1400+ other people in the forum and so I can't give special attention to anyone . . . and my personal email is already overflowing . . .

This is what I allow for IM's and email:
bug reports
emergency stuff (admin your site got deleted again!!!)
business related
personal stuff
