newbie hardware programmer help.

ughh, i find myself here with another lame question :(  should i get the PICkit™ 2 Debug Express or the PICkit™ 2 Starter Kit? im confused of the difference. ive been searcin for a while aswell. any feedback is nice. btw, i cancelled the epic programmer order. thanks all.
