Wireless camera on a heli

I bought this camera

I usually ran it off a 9V battery like you are supposed to , and when I mounted the 9V battery and cam on my r/c heli, the heli rose to 10ft. I want  it to go higher than that mere 10ft.

So without the 9V battery it goes really really high.

Can I run the camera off the 7.2V battery pack thats already on the heli? Or can I use those tiny 9V batteries that are in cameras?

It says for the camera that if u use a 9V battery to power it , it'll last for an hour

so if I use  this 12V battery with three(or two) diodes to make a voltage drop I can power the camera for

or maybe I can boost the 7.2 V to 9V using a circuit like this

EDIT: The 12V battery that is small is made up of small button cells inside!

it isn't just about providing the correct voltage... Amps (or in this case, Amp Hours) is the other aspect you need to look at... that is, how long can it provide the power that you need...

Couldn't hurt to try . . . I'm willing to bet it will work.
