Thats insane. Unfortunately the robot is simply running off the note chart that the game uses instead of seeing the notes and playing them via a camera of some sort.

that guy looks like Slash and the voice sounds somewhat like axl, but then again, the voice from Velvet revolver has similar characteristics.
what's the song and band?
