Serializer

I am looking at using The SerializerTM Robot Controller for my application. Will this work to control 3 dc motors all with forward and reverse capability? If not can someone recommend one better. It needs to connect to a serial port and have analog IO.

Do a search for ESC, motor driver, and motor controller. You will be hard pressed to find one however that controls more than 2 motors. You'd do best by buying three separate ones.

Why would you want a motor controller to have analog IO? There are a few of them that can be controlled by serial, however.
