Build a Robot Win $200

Ok

I am not to sure if i have mist the Build a Robot win $200 contest.
See on the page http://www.societyofrobots.com/free_robot_contest.shtml it already has the March 2008 winners
But below it says that that declaring your entrie closes August 1st?

I am a little confused?
