$50 robot programmer question

hello there,
thnx admin for your great tutorials
i m working now on the 50$ robots i already bought most of the parts
but for the MCU i bought ATmega8L-8pi instead the listed one,
also i didn't find the (AVR ISP2 PROGRAMMER), can this programmer created??
if anyone live in EGYPT know some stores selling this programmer it'll be greatly appreciated

This uses the AVR ISP MK II programmer. Check my connections and then - if it doesn'work try rotating your connecting lead thru 180 degrees as sometimes its not obvious which way around to connect the lead.
