Android Motherboard

I want to know what kind of motherboard to use in an android robot?

Any one that will fit?  That's really a pretty broad question and it has more to deal with your abilities and what you want to make. And there is always the old maxim, "There is more than one way to skin a cat"
I'm extremely biased, so I'm going to say any thing that runs Linux for the heavy lifting (inverse kinesmatics, computer vision, sensor fusion and state estimation) and can communicate with an AVR (for all the hard I/O like analog In and pwm out). So off the top of my head I'd go with these two products to tackle the widest set of problems you may encounter:

Of course there are a lot of other options, but price to versatility to ease of development to capability, that ranks pretty well in my book. But people think I'm crazy...

That's a robotic motherboard?
And will it be able to run an AI program?

That is a pretty general motherboard. I bought my own Digital IO, counter, and Analog IO cards for it.

You can install the OS of your choice and write in the language of your choice.

There are all sorts of robot controllers available. Some are more capable than others. I doubt many that I just linked to will run Java.
