Cheap Rotating Webcam

Hey,

I need a webcam for my robot. It needs to be wireless and needs to be able to rotate. By cheap I mean $40 max. If anyone can help me it would be appreciated.

make your own

one servo or DC motor - around $1o
and then you need to find some way to control the servo AND read the input from the camera
