Bluetooth Devices Sharing One Source
« on: August 12, 2008, 04:23:04 PM »
Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to have one bluetooth dongle on a computer "talk" to many bluetooth recievers. I want all those receivers to listen on the same bluetooth channel. Is that possible?

For example I have a bluetooth transmitter and three devices - lets call them A,B, and C.   I want A,B,and C to receive the same signal that the transmitter send out.

So I spoke to pomprocker and he said that if I have one bluetooth dongle I can connect up to 7 BlueSmirf modules to it at the same time . Each Bluesmirf has its own COM port, and then I can just transmit the multiple signals at the same time to different receivers.
