free motors and gears samples

hey guys i'm wondering if there are any sites that will give free samples of DC,stepper or servo motors.and also gear sets?
if you know any site please share it here.

samples are only given for mass produced ICs, not the stuff you're asking for.

You can get old toys with electric motors and get the motors with the gearboxes out of them. Or, you can look out for damaged printers, you can get steppers and sometimes DC motors with gears and encoders from them. Ask your friends, neighbours, relatives...
