We created our own Linux Live CD for Robotics.
« on: February 04, 2007, 01:56:26 PM »
Hi,

We are happy to say that now it is possible to download our RoboHobby Linux Live CD from ibiblio server.

They allowed us to put our loadable (knoppix-based) CD to their server.

We created Java/SWING software for driving via Bluetooth small hand-made J2ME robot (it uses Siemens S75).

See:

If you want to create your own Linux Live CD - ask me how to do this.
Now we have some hand-on experience in this subject.

It is very interesting - loadable linux live CD.
Just imagine - all your own soft on your own CD.
No need to install it on hard drive.
Just re-start your PC and  your own OS will be loaded with all your soft, pre-installed on it.
