semi robot

I am a school student and i would like to make a semi-robot. i have made
all the sketches, drawings etc.I would like to know how it is possible
to control the machine through my computer (basically to control motors
wireless).I know that an interface is required.Please help me to complete my
semi-robot.somebody help me.
