simple circuit

this is the link of my circuit .pls tell me in this circuit what is mean by "CABLE TO TRACKPOINT NORMAL TRIGGER OUT"?

Eh... The file says "PCB Design with Ultiboard software"??
Perhaps you uploaded the wrong file?
