member tutorial software upgrade

I've been making a lot of changes to the member tutorials section of the site, including upgrading to the newest version for security bug fixes. If anything isn't working right, or seems to be broken, report your bugs here!

Other changes made:
hit statistics for your tutorials are now easily available
indentations have been added
persistent login has been installed (you won't have to enter in your password again)
page layout layer control
file download statistics counting
