hi, i need to build two robots which will navigate their way around an arena.
They will be controlled by artificial neural networks, and will need to be able to "shoot" each other. they need to be able to not crash into walls. and they need to know how far they are from eachother.
I was considering an infrared 'beacon' on each robot, with sonar sensors and an infrared sensor. The problem here is with the sonars interfering with eachother.
Does anyone here have any ideas for sensor combinations which could be useful here?
