Programming for Stepper Motor Controller

I am new to programming and am having trouble programming the axon to send out PWM signals to the correct ports on the axon. If anyone could give me examples of code that do this, it would be greatly appreciated. Or I would be willing to pay someone to write the program for me. Thanks
