Axon Questions

I just got my axon and I have a few questions.

1. With the provided photovore code, which ports do I plug the photoresistors and servos into?
2. How do I upload the provided pre-compiled code?
3. When I bootload do I automatically overwrite the previous code?

1. Dig around the hardware.c and the SoR_Utils files, somewhere it will mention PORTE , 2 or something which means E2 on the Axon.
2. Follow the instructions on the Axon page, step by step instructions on how to upload code.

For number 2, I mean the hex files he gives you.
Also the code does not say what ports to plug the sensors into. I'm using http://www.societyofrobots.com/axon/downloads/Axon_Source_070408.zip

I found the sensors in control.c

So the right sensor goes into the ADC port marked 2 and the left one goes in the ADC port marked 14.

For those of us who do not wish to dig into codes (as yet), the left servo goes on port marked E6 (on the left of the board), right servo on C7(on the right just over the 3 pin horizontal connector), Left LDR (also called photocell) goes on 14 and right LDR goes on 2 both on the top but swapped in terms of orientation.

Just a side note, I strongly recommend using WebbotLib now (see Axon Mote getting started tutorial for general instructions). I plan to redo the Axon tutorial in a few weeks, once I settle down from my travels.
