Robotic Hand

Hello,
Im currently experimenting with arduino and im trying to work on this project for my grad project...
I want to make a robotic hand with 3 fingers and thumb.
The kicker is that i want to control it with a glove, using my 3 fingers and thumb,
anyone have any ideas?
what can i use to construct it, and is arduino enough

Arduino should be enough. You could make a frame to fit over your hand, and have potentiometers on the pivot points. The arduino can read the potentiometer values and adjust the servos on the fingers accordingly. Or a more expensive but cooler way would be to have accelerometers on your fingertips

You could also look into flex sensors that change resistance based on how much the sensor is flexed.
