Making Things Talk

I bought this book called "Making Things Talk". Has anyone tried any of the exercises out of this book. If so which ones do you recommend.

Haven't got the book - so hard to comment. Not sure if its relevant but I've posted a 'speedh' synth tutorial in the members tutorials area.

I found an exercise i'd like to try; 2 arduino's communicating via 2 xbee breakout boards.
