But I can't seem to find an exact number for the range - only the words " really long range" , etc. Anyone know of the range?

Plus it seems like it even has built in RSSI!

Range is typically deducted by the frequency, the power, and if there are any obstructions right?

according to this - http://www.zytrax.com/tech/wireless/calc.htm - they are 1.5 mile range open space
