I search after device that have some musics and the music song if I turn to the right address

Go to Halmark or some card place and buy a card that can record messages. If you take out the module there are pads on the circuit board (most of them should have it) that show inputs and outputs for different things, and with that it can be easily used with an MCU.

If you want a electronic IC then winbond is no1 solution for sound....
Even mobo manufactures use their ICs!!!

ISD1020 for example....


But I have a feeling that they are discontinued from production.... (the winbond voice IC generally.....)
