I think it's a concept model from an un-aired Gundam - Hello Kitty crossover TV series. 

Robots can be females too; its just they often scare us nerds and bring up unsettling images of "pleasure robots" [shutters].

That's just a little model that stands just under 1ft tall. These gundam models have tons of features, like an inner skeleton and huge articulation range. Usual build time for the normal kit is about a month. I bet $100 you couldn't build the kit properly right from the instructions
