Robot realm

can anyone plese tell me how I can use robot realm ?

I have downloaded it but am nt sure hw to start using it. can anyone tell me the the best way to use it.
I have also downloade open CV. can u please tell me the difference betweent the 2 programs and which will be easier to make my robot follow a certain colour and avoid hiting objects.
